Policies & Disclosures

Shipping Policy

Every BombiChic piece is made to order just for you, so please allow a little extra time for us to create it.

Production & delivery times

• Production: most items are printed and packed within 2–7 business days.
• Shipping within the U.S.: usually 3–8 business days after your item ships.
• International orders: delivery times vary by country, and any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Digital products are available to download right after checkout — nothing ships.

Items in one order may be made at different print studios and arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as each item ships.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, and reshipping those orders may carry an additional cost.

Shipping issues

If your package is late, lost, or arrives damaged, email us at gabriella@bombichic.com with your order number. We work directly with our print and shipping partner to make it right for you.

Returns & Refunds

Because every item is personalized and made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check size charts and personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, misprinted or defective items

If something arrives damaged, misprinted or not quite right, we’ll fix it. Email gabriella@bombichic.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem, and we’ll send a free replacement or a refund.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us within 24 hours of purchase — once production has started, we may not be able to make changes.

Digital products

Digital downloads can’t be returned once they’ve been delivered. If a file won’t open or isn’t what you expected, email us and we’ll happily help.
